مقدمه
در عصر حاضر، شاهد ظهور فنآوريهای پيشرفتهای هستيم که در زندگی بشر تحولات شگرفی ايجاد نمودهاند. در راس اين فنآوريها و علوم کاربردی، فنآوری اطلاعات قرار دارد بگونهای که صاحبنظران، عصر کنونی را عصر فنآوری اطلاعات نام نهادهاند. در اکثر کشورهای پيشرفته از اين فنآوری به عنوان يکی از مهمترين پارامترهای تعيينکننده در زمينه بهرهوری استفاده میشود. بستر و زيرساخت فنآوری اطلاعات، شبکههای کامپيوتری میباشند.
در حقيقت، با گسترش روزافزون و همه جانبه اينترنت و کاربردهای روزافزون آن، شبکههای کامپيوتری عنصر حياتی هر سازه ای را تشکيل دادهاند. و نيل به آن با ايجاد شبکههای کارآ و مطمئن به همراه طراحی دقيق و قابل توسعه محقق خواهد شد. راه حلهای مبتنی بر پروتکل اترنت علاوه بر سهولت کاربردی، پاسخگوی نيازهای مختلف کاربران شبکههای کامپيوتری میباشد.
در حال حاضر بسياری از ساختمان ها و مجتمع های موجود به دليل عدم وجود بستر مناسب ارتباطی امکان ارائه بسياری از سرویس های مورد نياز فراهم نميباشد. شرکت رايان شبکه کورش پيشرو در اهداف همگانی سازی فناوری اطلاعات طرحی را مبنی بر سرويس های قابل ارائه و نحوه راه اندازی آنها جهت ارائه به مجتمع های مسکونی و ساکنين گرامی آنها حاضر نموده وبه شرح زير ارائه مينمايد :
طراحی
1) طراحی تجهيزات فعال شبکه:
تجهيزات فعال شبکه، مهمترين جزء هر شبکه کامپیوتری به حساب میروند و به همین دلیل، طراحی مناسب قسمت فعال شبکه از حساسیت ویژهای برخوردار است. طراحی تجهیزات فعال شبکه ، با توجه به نیازهای اصولی یک مجتمع و مطابق فنآوری روز و با نگاهی به تکنولوژیهای قابل ارائه در آینده صورت گرفته است. در زیر به برخی ویژگیهای طراحی اشاره میکنیم:
1) طراحی فعال شبکه، کاملا بر اساس مدل Star انجام خواهد گرفت. در این طراحی، سوئیچ اصلی به عنوان هسته (Core) و سوئیچهای دیگر، به عنوان سوئیچهای لایه دسترسی در نظر گرفته شده است.
2) تمام سوییچها از سوئیچهای قابل مدیریت (Manageable) در نظر گرفته خواهد شد.
3) شبکه به گونهای طراحی شده است که دارای ظرفیت مناسب به هنگام استفاده همزمان همه کاربران باشد. (Preventing Bottleneck)
4) همه تجهیزات فعال شبکه از یک تولیدکننده انتخاب خواهند شد و سازگاری تجهیزات در نظر گرفته شده است.
5) سوئیچ مرکزی و Backbone شبکه دارای کارآیی بالایی است و پروتکلهای لایه دوم و سوم را پشتیبانی میکند.
6) سوئیچها قابلیت توسعه آتی شبکه را دارا میباشند.
7) همه سوئیچهای هسته و داخل طبقات قابل مدیریت (Manageable) هستند.
2) توضیحاتی در مورد طراحی
1) به منظور پوشش تمام فضاهای مجتمع ، بکارگیری تجهیزات wireless در محلهای مناسب پیشنهاد میگردد. محل مناسب پس از کسب نظر کارفرما مشخص خواهد شد.
2) Access Point اصلی درهر واحد قرار میگیرد. این Access Point از پروتکلهای Wi-Fi پشتیبانی میکند که امروزه بسیاری notebook ها نیز با آن سازگارند. همانطور که پیشتر گفتیم با توجه به نظر کارفرما این Access Point در محل مناسب قرار میگیرد. طبق تئوریهای موجود و تجارب قبلی، این Access Point در فضای داخلی تا شعاع 80 متر را پوشش میدهد که این شعاع برای داخل واحد های مسکونی و اماکن عمومی نظیر لابی ها مناسب به نظر میرسد اما با توجه به پیچیدگیهای ارتباط Wireless این مطلب در محیط واقعی باید تست شود که پس از هماهنگیهای لازم این کار صورت خواهد گرفت اما در صورتی که پس از تست مشخص شود که همه فضاها پوشش داده نمیشود از آنتن مناسب استفاده خواهیم کرد.
3) طراحی سرورها
به منظور ایجاد امکان ارتباط با اینترنت و ایجاد امنیت و نیز ارائه سرویس های متنوع با توجه به تجارب قبلی از چندین سرور (بسته به سرویس های مورد نیاز مشترکین) استفاده خواهد شد. این سرور ها امکان راه اندازی سرویس هائی نظیر : ارتباط اینترنتی – پست الکترونیک داخلی – Media Server و مواردی دیگر که مفصلا شرح داده خواهند شد را فراهم می آورند.
سرویس های قابل ارائه
1)استفاده از شبکه به عنوان ابزار ارتباطی مشترکین (انتقال فایل، صدا و تصویر)
امروزه شبکه های کامپیوتری به عنوان وسیله ارتباطی کارا، مطمئن و کم هزینه شناخته میشوند. در واقع کاربران یک شبکه از طریق شبکه میتوانند به راحتی
فایل برای یکدیگر ارسال نمایند، با یکدیگر از طریق کامپیوتر صحبت کنند، بازیهای تحت شبکه انجام دهند و حتی با هم ارتباط تصویری داشته باشند.
2)مجهز شدن مجتمع به ارتباط اینترنتی مطمئن
با کامل شدن بستر فیزیکی شبکه و با دریافت یک ارتباط اینترنتی مطمئن به راحتی میتوان برای کلیه واحدها و حتی مراجعین مجتمع امکان استفاده ازاینترنت را فراهم ساخت. بستر کابلی شبکه در تمام واحدها وجود خواهد داشت و راه اندازی تکنولوژی Wi-Fi امکان ارتباط با اینترنت به صورت بیسیم را نیزفراهم میکند. به این ترتیب، افراد قادر خواهند بود تا با تجهیزاتی نظیر Laptop یا حتی موبایلهای مجهز به Wife در محدوده های تحت پوشش شبکه (Hot Zones) به اینترنت متصل شوند
برای ایجاد ارتباط اینترنتی مطمئن روش های متنوعی وجود دارد که شرکت رایان شبکه با توجه به تجارب قبلی و بررسی های وسیع در این زمینه ارتباط Point-to-Point Wireless را پیشنهاد کرده و در زیر به شرح این روش می پردازد.
Point-toPoint Wireless
این روش یکی از کارآمد ترین راه های انتقال اینترنت به نقاط مختلف میباشد.
در این روش دو نقطه ابتدایی و انتهائی وجود دارد که در نقطه ابتدائی اینترنت موجود و در نقطه انتهائی اینترنت موجود نمیباشد.
در این روش برای ایجاد ارتباط 2 نقطه از رادیو ها و آنتن های دور برد استفاده میشود (نوع رادیو بسته به شرایط مشخص میگردد) که یکی در هر یک از
دو نقطه نصب و در جهت یک دیگر قرار میگیرند.
از مزایای این روش سرعت انتقال بیشتر نسبت به دیگر روشها و امکانئ انتقال ارتباط اینترنت از نقطه انتهائی به دیگر نقاط دور یا نزدیک میباشد.
3)به کارگیری دوربینهای شبکهای قابل کنترل
امروزه یکی از امکانات مورد نیاز مجتمع ها ، استفاده از دوربینهای قابل کنترل به منظور نظارت و مونیتورینگ و برقراری امنیت میباشد. سیستمهای مدرن
مونیتورینگ با اتصال به شبکه های کامپیوتری از امکانات پیشرفته این شبکه ها نیز استفاده می کنند. از امکانات ویژه سیستمهای مدرن میتوان به امکان
مشاهده مستقیم تصاویر ثبت شده توسط دوربینها حتی در خارج از از محل دوربین ها و از منزل اشاره نمود. در واقع از آنجا که شبکه داخلی اینترنت به
اینترنت متصل است و کنترلرهای دوربینها نیز در شبکه و اینترنت قرار دارند در صورتی که بخواهیم از محل دیگری (مثلا منزل و یا خارج از کشور)
تصاویر ثبت شده توسط دوربینها را مشاهده کنیم کافی است تا به اینترنت متصل شویم. البته در این میان نکات امنیتی به صورت کامل در نظر گرفته می شود
.
با استفاده از این روش میتوان کنترل کاملی بر روی درب های ورودی ، پارکینگ ها ، راهرو ها ، ودیگر اماکن عمومی ساختمان داشت و حتی میتوان تصویر
محل پارکینگ و یا انباری ساکنین را بر روی کامپیوتر شخصی ایشان نمایش داد.
4)راه اندازی سیستم صوتی
در زمان حاضر سیتم های صوتی و تصویری (Multimedia) امری جدائی ناپذیر از زندگی روزمره انسان ها شده است و هر روزه سیستم ها و دستگاه های
مختلف پخش و یا ضبط صوت و تصویر روانه بازار میشوند.
با راه اندازی یک سیستم صوتی، مجتمع به امکاناتی نظیر پخش برنامه ریزی شده صدا، موسیقی و paging مجهز خواهد شد.
از این روش میتوان در اماکن عمومی نظیر لابی ها ، اسانسور ها و پارکینگ ها و موارد دیگر استفاده نمود.
5) Media Server
Media Server یکی دیگر از روش های ارائه سرویس های صوتی و تصویری (Multimedia) به مشتر کین میباشد.
در این روش دستگاهی به نام Video Client در واحد ساکنین قرار گرفته و دستگاه مستقیما به تلویزیون متصل میگردد.
مشترک به وسیله این دستگاه میتواند به راحتی به Media Server متصل شده فیلم یا موسیقی مورد نظر خود را انتخاب کرده و اجرا کند.
از مزایای این سیستم استفاده از بستر کابل شبکه و عدم تداخل بازدید ساکنین با یکدیگر و امکان به روز رسانی سریع میباشد.
6)تالار گفتمان
در دنيای امروز داشتن روابط عمومی و در ارتباط بودن با اقشار مختلف جامعه از ارکان لاينفک زندگی بشمار میآيند. اصلی ترين راه بر قراری ارتباط استفاده از
سيستم تلفن می باشد که دارای معايب متعدد و محاسن محدودی می باشد ، از جمله معايب می توان به هزينه بالا ، محدود بودن به صوت ، عدم نظارت مستقيم به متن
مکالمات (جهت مديريت خانوادگی ) ، عدم رضايت فرد از انتشار شماره تلفن و ...... اشاره نمود.
جهت بر طرف نمودن مسائل فوق و افزايش ميزان رضايت مشترکين و چندين ويژگی ديگر سرويس Messenger راه اندازی می گردد .
کليه واحدها قادر خواهند بود از Messenger شرکت رایان شبکه جهت ارتباطات داخلی از جمله Chat، Video Conference ، انتقال اطلاعات بين ساکنين استفاده
نمايند.
با سرويس فوق کليه واحد ها می توانند در يک محيط مجازی تحت نظارت ، با يکديگر (کليه واحد ها ) به تبادل اطلاعات بپردازند .
در ادامه می توانند به صورت خصوصی با يکديگر در ارتباط باشند . اين ارتباط می تواند به صورت نوشتاری ، صوتی و حتی تصويری باشد .
از ديگر محسنات سرويس می توان به قابليت OFF Line اشاره نمود . با بکارگيری قابليت فوق ديگر لازم نيست که 2 نفر برای هماهنگی به صورت حضوری و
يا تلفنی برای خانواده ايشان مزاحمت بوجود بياورند و پيغامی را به خانواده ايشان بسپارند ، کافيست در محيط شبکه برای ايشان پيغامی را بگذارند ، به محض روشن
نمودن کامپيوتر فرد مخاطب پيغام های ايشان بر روی صفحه کامپيوتر نمايان می گردد و دهها سرويس و خدمات ديگر از جمله انجام پروژه و يا فعاليت خاصی به
صورت گروهی ، دوست يابی و ......
از ابعاد ديگر می توان مطرح نمود که اين قابليت، نمونه ای است کامل از Yahoo Messenger که به صورت اختصاصی ما بين ساکنين راه اندازی شده است .
7)سیتم تلویزیونی داخلی
راه اندازی يک شبکه تلويزيون خصوصی با محتوای نمايش جديدترين فيلم های روز
راه اندازی سيستم پخش مستقيم جلسات هيئت مديره بر روی شبکه تلويزيونی
راه اندازی سيستم پخش مستقيم همايشها و جلسات آموزشی مجتمع بر روی شبکه تلويزيونی
راه اندازی سيستم آيفن تصويری جلوی درب ورودی و لابی در زوايای مختلف ، قابل مشاهده بر روی تلويزيون
بخش 1 – در اين بخش کليه پارکينگ ها و آسانسورها به دوربين مدار بسته مجهز می گردند و تصاوير آنها بر روی يک دستگاه تلويزيون در مرکز مديريت ضبط و
پخش میگردد . مدت زمان ضبط در حدود سی روز بدون وقفه می باشد .
بخش 2- تعدادی دوربين نيز بعنوان آيفن تصويری که در جلوی درب ورودی و لابی هر يک از ورودی ها مستقر می گردد و تصاوير شان بر روی يکی از شبکه
های تلويزيونی ساکنين ( هر ورودی به صورت مجزا ) پخش می گردد .
بخش 3- در اين مرحله سيستم پخش شبکه تلويزيونی راه اندازی می گردد . اين سيستم با قابليت پخش 24 ساعته و بدون وقفه و با نمايش دادن جديدترين فيلم های روز ؛ بر روی يکی از شبکه های تلويزيونی خود و بدون نياز به کامپيوتر قابل مشاهده می باشد و ديگر نياز به نصب تجهيزات جديد و حتی کابل کشی مجدد برای ساکنين نمی باشد .
فيلم های فوق با توجه به خواسته های کليه افراد خانواده و برای کليه سنين به صورت دوبله و با زير نويس و با در نظرگرفتن موازين اسلامی انتخاب ميگردد .
بخش 4- در آخرين بخش از فاز 1 می توانيم شاهد بر طرف نمودن يکی ديگر از نيازهای ساکنين يعنی در جريان قرار گرفتن از موضوعات جلسات هيئت مديره باشيم .
توضيحات
- نصب و راهاندازی کلیه سیستمها، شامل آموزش اولیه به ساکنین مورد نظر آن شرکت خواهد بود.
- کلیه مستندات ، اعم از نقشهها، Configuration ها و ... پس از انجام پروژه ارائه خواهد شد.
- رایان شبکه کورش ، آمادگی عقد قرارداد جهت پشتیبانی و نگهداری پروژه و سیستمهای نصبشده را اعلام مینماید.
